The aim of the Histotech Exchange LLC is to provide quality histologists to laboratories around the country in there time of need.

In doing this we have come to understand that the quality of the histologist is very often seen in terms of work output, personality, and ethical resposiblity. All three factors can affect each other and all factors can be affected by the laboratory the person is working in.

Our job is to understand our clients, there laboratories and there needs. The variables are so great, and impact on such a level that a good histologists in one situation can give cause to the faclity to remove a Histologists for a verity of reasons. All will stem from the three basic factors mentioned earlier.
