  Before you start working, we will perform a drug screening. Random drug screenings will also be performed.
Full Background check: Federal, State and County
  We will perform full background screenings, including checking criminal records and sex offender registries.
Full Reference Check
  We require 3 professional references and 3 personal references.
We will contact all of your recent employers.

Hourly Compensation
  Compensation rates reflect the need of the company to employ a HT on a short-term basis, which is reflected in an above average rate of pay.
Accommodation Expense Reimbursement
  We can provide you with quality accommodation or you have the choice to find your own and we, in turn, provide you with a weekly expense allowance that you can then use to find your own accommodation.
Daily Food Allowance
Car Expenses/Car Rental
  If you are using your own car, keep track of the fuel and mileage, and we will reimburse you. Or, you can simply let us rent a car for your, and we will pick up the charge.
Medical Insurance
  We provide a comprehensive low deductible medical insurance for you and your family. We understand that medical insurance is a necessity. To this end, if you work for us and keep your customer satisfaction at or above 80 percent, we will continue your health insurance for up to six months after the employment ends, unless:
You refuse a work assignment.*
You find another employer.*
